Sent multiple emails after purchase with discount codes to purchase another product. Also sent 3 text messages. One message was immediately after I made the purchase. It included a link to view the status of my order. The 2nd text was the next day. The 3rd was 3 days after purchase saying that my order shipped.

I ordered a Stealthball and received an order confirmation email. 13 days later and I have not received any updates on my order in spite of me reaching out twice for updates. Their website appears to only work for me when I click through on instagram. Something fishy is going on with this company.
