I was sold a two game bundle for $16.49CAD. Neither game works, a refund has been refused 4 times now. This software was sold as software that works with my PC. Upon trying to use it for the 1st time, it cannot be launched. Valve through their platform Steam has refused a refund for the faulty product stating I have had it over 14 days, when from go it never worked. It was sold to me under fraudulent pretense, I did not receive what I paid for.
