Business received an email ordering cabinets. He was given a credit card number to pay for shipping and to received payment for the product. The order will be shipped to Puerto Rico to help with the rebuilding. (This is right after Hurricane Maria hit.) The name on the credit card is not the same name as the contractor placing the order. The contractor picked the name of shipper: SteamShip Intl Co. It was suppose to be delivered to a Mr. Alfredo Yandel located in Puerto Rico.
