We called ZeroRez carpet cleaner two weeks ago to clean our carpets and do some grout cleaning with an appointment. When they didn’t show up at the appointed time, even though someone had called asking if we had an appointment (which we did), I called ZeroRez to ask what was going on. They did not have any record of our calling them. About the same time a van showed up from A1 Steam Way. The technician just said he had a work order but didn’t know how they got our name and phone number. I let him clean one room but not the other work (didn’t have the right tool to clean our grout). When I called Steam Way to ask how they got our number and name they just said someone must have called (which we didn’t) and hung up. The ZeroRez company was baffled too but said they would look into it.

Be careful of these two companies.
