The party used facebook to advertise their product.. I bought the product at a bargain price, but did not receive the product, and have contacted numerous time them with no response.

I ordered from their website. It says all products made in the USA. I realized when it shipped it was coming from China. I ordered a heated jacket and heated gloves on Nov 18th.I could email them at customer service email no phone number was advertised anywhere. They sent a cheap necklace not what I ordered. It was delivered Dec 16th.
