I placed order - received message with Etsy required ship date. That has long since passed.that has long since passed. I, I immediately went online to find contact information. I reached out via email that was found on the Etsy page, reached out via phone number, which was found on their website. Reached out via email that was found on their website, sent messages on Etsy. No response on any of them. I try to talk with Etsy to rectify the situation, but they will not escalate this problem for a few more days. The order was placed back in early May. The store has multiple one star ratings that say this is not a one time problem. The store regularly takes orders and never sends out a product nor do they respond, resulting in full refund. But Etsy’s process for a refund is only available on a certain day after order, and is an extremely long process for a store they never sent anything out.
