Type of a scam Debt Collections
The letter stated that I owed a past due bill to a local Radiology COmpany in Rome NY. Said I owed 98.00 I tried to call the company a total of 22 times over two days number is always busy. I called the listed debt owed to company. When I called the original debtor I was told i was the 20th person to call about getting a "debt letter" from this agency. I confirmed that I did not owe any money at all to dais agency and was advised not to pay. Well I just want to be sure this alleged debt collector does not try to file my name and this bogus debt to any collection agency. SO I have had to file a fraud complaint to all three major collection agencies. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!! it is a SCAM they are not a legitimate collection agency.
