I ordered two mystery boxes on March 11th, 2023, on their shop online. I still haven't received them. When I asked about my order, I was given the run around stating that mystery boxes can't get a refund and they'll send the boxes that was months ago, and still nothing.

Me and my mom placed the order in February and we have been emailing and everything and it all has stopped there has been no response or nothing about where our stuff is she made TikTok’s advertising her boxes and stuff but after you pay for it you never receive anything
