The purchase of 954.98 was for a puppy named Luna paid to Julius Ngeh. Also, they used a courier named Urban wave courier. I was supposed to pay them $2900 for a refundable insurance that would be credited back to me once the puppy was delivered. I didn't send that because I spoke to a man in Philidelphia also scammed by these people for a puppy. His name is Ricardo 215-203-4799.
