written quote for 3400.00 and we agreed to his service. James asked for half of the payment upfront, to order the glass. James told us it would be ready in 3 weeks, and the n he told us several stories on why it wasnt ready. It has been 2 months now and we cant get him to answer his phone. We asked him for a refund on a text he will not answer. Since then we looked at some of his reviews and apparently he has ripped off other people. Reviews are on yelp.
