Conditional Job Offer
We are pleased to extend you a conditional offer for the position of Local Hub Assistant at Rollitek. All the conditions of this offer will be removed once you sign and submit the Employment Agreement/Independent Contractor Agreement with all the required documentation.
As we discussed, your starting salary will be $3300 (5000 CAD for Canadian contractors) for the probationary period and will be paid out at the end of your probationary period via paper check. There's an additional allocated amount of $100 (150 CAD) for qualified reimbursable expenses.
You will work from home, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM your local time.
You can expect to receive a RightSignature® email with the Employment Agreement/Independent Contractor Agreement soon. You will need to complete this Employment Agreement/Independent Contractor Agreement and submit the requested documents before this conditional offer becomes official. Please read the Employment Agreement/Independent Contractor Agreement in its entirety prior to signing, ask any questions that you may have BEFORE signing the Contract. Please follow the instructions included to sign the Employment Agreement/Independent Contractor Agreement using RightSignature®.
Once you sign and submit the Employment Agreement/Independent Contractor Agreement, we will verify and approve it. Once approved, you will be assigned a curator. You'll directly report to your curator and receive system access, training, mentorship, work assignments and more from them. Please direct any questions pertaining to your duties to your curator. Payroll related questions can be directed to the Payroll Department.
Everyone starts as a probationary employee/contractor for the first 30 days at Rollitek. An assessment at the end of the probationary period will determine if a permanent position will be extended to you. A two-week notice is required if you decide to vacate your position.
Rollitek is pleased to offer its permanent employees with comprehensive benefit package consisting of paid time off including 28 vacation and 14 sick days per year, health insurance, a 401(k) plan with company matching, tuition reimbursement and more. You'll receive a benefits enrollment Package with more details closer to your benefit eligibility and enrollment date.

Once my 30 days probationary period was over I received an email stating that I would receive a check via mail in 10 business days and to contact the company once received. I did not receive my payment for service, and when I reached out the emails were no longer active and the website was no longer active. Every point of communication I had was lost and I have not been paid.
