I ordered the item from a facebook ad in April. My package according to the seller had been delivered. I checked with my post office and they did not have it nor could they track it. I emailed the company and they said they were sending another one and it would be 2 weeks. Never got anything except an email confirmation of how much money they took from me. never got a refund even after emailing support for months.
