I have ordered through online on November 28th, 2020. Next day I got USPS tracking no. By checking and tracking found that USPS has a parcel with no delivery information..

I frequently check and found with USPS, the tracking no. Is wrong. I requested refund but they never respond and

Writing back with different name and giving a hope for delay and sorry and inconvenience messages.

Their website contact no. Is never answered by live person

Purchased on November 27, 2020 sterilizing product, a USA company, so they said.. as of today 12/21/20 haven’t received product. I just keep getting the run around that it’s on its way, will receive in time for Christmas.
