Website marketed pure breed Bernese mountain dog puppies at 10 weeks with perfect health. Breeder is in Los Angeles and offered a nanny service to deliver the dog for an additional $600. Dog was $1200. He asked that payment be delivered via wire transfer, cash app, or Zelle Quick Pay. I used Zelle Quick Pay with the direction of sending the payment to "Christine Enoh" at [email protected] with the note "payment for Thor from Stephanie Cicillini". I did so on October 29th and provided proof of payment. Delivery was scheduled for Nov 7th. The day of the delivery, he said that the courier picked up the dog and was on the way to the airport but is not being held at the airport because the airline required insurance for the dog in order to fly and that was an additional $1070 that needed to be paid in the same payment method. I refused and said that no airline requires such insurance. He did not deliver the dog and stopped responding to all my messages. Has not issued refund. We do have a contract that is signed.

In order to hold a puppy, prior to my visit the following day, they needed a payment..... via Cash App. Never responded again.... $Hompets was the cash tag.

Found this site to buy a puppy. Went through the whole process and was texting the gentlemen. Went to the airport and no dog and now the number is “out of service”

Texted ad in masslive assigned for a puppy was told could come to rhode islabd and get oup. Then give a qebsite from Los anglos. Was to they moved. Then told had to pay via cash app. When contacted them via qebsite was to they were in LA.
