My wife card with various charges from this firm that she never purchased any thing from, phone # 844 761 3196. In talking to the fraud department for her charge card we learned there are scams where you get a call offering a free sample but you have to pay the shipping charges. Before it was all done in a 2 month period my wife was charges nearly $1,000 because of this type of scam. With paperless billing and automatic account payments you can quickly rack up huge charges and spend days working the card department trying to straightening out the exposure.

I have no idea how these people/scammers got my credit card number. I was charged over $300. before I realized what was happening. I called my credit card and they gave me the name "Sterling Tide Supples" and the phone number 844-761-3196 and I can't get in touch with anyone. My credit score has suffered because of these scammers also. Please, if anyone knows what to do to get these fake charges off my credit card, I would appreciate any help at all.

I bought a trial size product for $9.95. The website claimed no monthly subscription. I didnt check any boxes. And now they keep trying to charge me $115.00 and $105.00 no phone numbers and no email. I don't know what to do.

Like those listed above, I did enter my CC info (already changed it) for 6.95 and 9.95 but the company https://sterlingtidestore.com/ charged two charges two weeks later for 105 and 115. I called to dispute with my bank and they said I had "accepted" those charges because I clicked a box, but the thing is I never did check any boxes or receive a receipt so this was straight up theft/fraud. I have been victim of fraudulent activities at this company Sterling tire supplies I never made a purchase and I don't know how they have my debit card so I'm asking for your company to reimburse me for the mistakes charge on my car thank you have a good day. It was unauthorized debit.

Received a text asking me to take a survey on a recent purchase from Ace Hardware. By completing survey, you would be entered into a drawing to receive a free gift for just the price of shipping cost of $6.95. They charged my account $6.95, then a month later Charged my account another $105.00. I have disputed the charge with my Bank. BEWARE!

I would like to notify you of an misleading practice used by a company called "STERLINGTIDESUPPLIESC" 844-761-3196. I recently received a text asking me to complete a review on a recent purchase from Home Depot for a chance to win a 65 inch tv. I completed the survey and entered my information. They entered my information in their drawing and said I qualified for a free prize if I pay for $6.95 shipping which I did on 11/19/21. Then on 11/29 they proceeded to charge my credit card $115.00. The charge was rejected by Chase Fraud and the account was then closed. I spoke to a company representative and they said if was for the price of the ear buds that I had ordered which was the free prize. I told them no I would not be paying for them, they then tried to get me to pay $29.99 for them. I said no again and offered to return the ear buds if they credit my account for the shipping charge. At that time they said they would cancel any further attempts to charge my credit card and I can keep the ear buds. I want to make sure others are aware of this practice and this company.
