The business owner said multiple times that payment was going to be taken care of for days. I went into his office and his employees were texting him about the issue and he told them to write the check. The employee that was there even mentioned to wait a couple days just so the business owner can "approve it" because he didn't want me to come back in with a bad check. Went to open a business account with this check and a few days later it came back NSF. Business owner was trying to get my company to do some other work for him and seemed to be in a hurry to get that done before we found out the check bounced. Him and his employee seemed to know that the check was going to bounce.
