Stern Property Management's "Julia," which I believe to be a fictitious person, was the person listed as the contact for the apartment under this listing: https://www.apartments.com/11224-richland-los-angeles-ca/lmjfwrd/

I called her phone and asked to see the apartment, to which she said yes but that I needed to send her a picture of myself and my ID. I did so but quickly regretted it after searching for the management company's site and seeing a plethora of terrible google reviews about scams with deposits and a number of negative comments otherwise.

This company has not yet used my ID for anything illegal but I am very concerned about them having it at all.
