First I have been in contact with Leonardo he told me that I had a debt in collections for a US bank account in the amount of $1,977.25 this is such account has been closed and is no longer on my credit and in the state of Ohio after 7 years the dead falls off the credit and therefore collectors cannot collect on it anymore and I was told I would be sued tried to say that they sent me out stuff before it's my current address which I never received said that if I didn't start making payments that there's going to to file a lawsuit against me so I went ahead and started making a complaint I contacted the attorney general I called my bank and I am now calling a legal aid service to get some help with this, and I never received any documents through the mail it was all corresponding through email and the telephone I have two separate addresses one for two is Stenson and Parsons and then one for where the payments go and they both go to Western Union addresses no website nothing.
