So, I thought I did not somehow complete my order. Then, I made the same order once again. Then again, I did not see any confirmation or receipt. I checked my email, and I did not receive any order summary or receipt, but I found I received a PayPal receipt twice. So, I realized the order was made redundant.
Their cancellation policy says it will be accepted within 24 hours. So, I sent my cancellation request to them within half hour via CONTACT US email and also the email PayPal gave me as a seller email. Then, the next day, they told me to provide the order number, which they never gave me on the website or by email. I told them the transaction ID was the only number I had. Then, the next day, they told me the order was in production already, so they could not cancel, and if I needed to cancel, the refund would be only 20%.
They made the web marketplace this way to induce redundant orders and the buyers cannot cancel.
