Steve Price with north american credit solutions contacted me about two weeks ago by phone and he indicated I was in default of a payday loan, that I never took out, and I needed to pay $2500 or he was going to garnish my wages. He continued to say he had a check with my signature on it. He has since sent out three letters, one to my brother, one to my wife's friend, and the other to my house. I have contacted cash now through email, whom Steve Price with north american credit solutions says the loan is through and they cannot verify any loans with my name or email. I contacted my bank and no deposits were made on the date Steve Price said the loan was issued or for the amount he indicated. I have also checked my credit report and no loan in the amount he says I owe is on it. I would like this to STOP and Steve Price arrested and charged with fraud, libel, forgery, and harassment.
