Keeps sending me letters saying he is a lawyer and that a collection lawsuit has been filed against me in the Circuit or District Court where I live.There is no such lawsuit--it's a lie. He says he does not represent the party suing me he is offering to assist me. He says that if I do nothing a judgment will be entered against me and my wages and/or bank account may be garnished or a lien against any real estate I may own. He's offering to help me with Chapter 7 or 13 bankruptcy or other defenses to this supposed lawsuit.

As I said, this lawsuit is a lie--he doesn't even provide the lawsuit number(s). This guy is trying to rip me off. Be wary of this man.
