Type of a scam Phishing
Called back and was answered by another person. Steven Cohn mentioned DOB to verify but the DOB was incorrect so that was a red flag. Wanted me to reverify phone number?
I asked what the complaint was about and wouldn't give a correct response. The scammer got frustrated because I didn't re-verify the number and hung up.
