Which is correct? Also, where are you located?
This email is not really clear on equipment and funds.
It states I am not required to make equipment purchases. They will be shipped to me but the shipping charges will be issued to me for the shipment.
In all my years as a CSR either salary or contracted work I am usually great with spotting things that are not in the norm.
If only all companies were so quick to hire and send out $ equipment to a person without a background check or any I9 information.
I know I am a valued employee with the knowledge and training to fill most positions but I have never applied and received an offer without paperwork to back it up.
I am calling you out on this because either you have more money than you know what to do with or the common sense I have is wrong.
Either the Steven Halen Designated Broker/ Owner is going to be scratching his head because he has no clue someone is sharing his profile

Yes, I am still interested in this position, and here are my responses to your questions.
1) I have worked as a CSR over 30 years with the last 13 years as a Work from Home Agent. I have training in basic service, billing, conflicts and resolutions, upselling, technical tier 1 and 2.
2) Active listening and Empathy as well as patience are some examples of how I handle customers and situations.
3) My customer had an order placed well in advance of their event. The time frame had passed and it was too late to reorder due to this being a personalized gift. I was able to locate the item through a different vendor, have it expedited (free of charge) and delivered, gift wrapped the morning of her event. I then followed up a few days later asking how everything was and if she had enjoyed the day. My supervisor chatted with me later that day, Customer had called and was surprised that I had reached out to her after my job basically was done and told my supervisor "The company should have more people like me." That was over 10 years ago but I still smile when remembering it.
4) Priority, Importance, and time to complete.
5) CSR= listening and understanding what is needed, foreseeing a future need or concern and addressing it, 1st call resolution and The "WOW" factor.
6) Policies and Procedures are always changing so, Always check your emails, dashboard, and any news letters offered daily. Before,during,and after your shift.
7) I am always the first POC for a customer, I ask my customer to allow me the opportunity to resolve their issue and if the outcome is not satisfactory for them I would get a Supervisor on the line.
Many times all a customer needs is someone to listen and ACKNOWLEDGE their problem, that shows understanding and validation.
8) Never write anything on paper, always lock my computer and door when I am working, never send any information in an email and always be behind the company VPN.
9) Clear communication skills, Active listening, Responsibility and Self-control, Empathy and patience are just a few of my strengths as for weaknesses there is only 1 that comes to mind.
Video calls, I do not like the camera and it does not like me.
In summary I am a CSR because that is what I love to do. Helping a person who has a little problem or solving a complex issue for someone else and hearing the smile in their voice after, is what it is all about.
If I can make just 1 person have a better day than I am doing my job. We can never please everyone but we try.
I hope my answers help you to know me a little, I don't have all the answers sometimes but I do all I can to find them.
