He Came to my shop on Friday 12/27/2024 for pickup, picked materials ( I have images from my camera) after loading he said will pay you Monday the 30th, and it was impossible to unload the materials, plus i kind trusted hem since he paid the down payment.
after that he never show up to pay, I called, texted and email but no responses.
he still owns me $1,763.00
I asked other shops about him, they said he is a scammer, he scammed the other shop in $8k materials.
he operates under LIGHTHOUSE CABINETS & WOODWORKING C6 California wood working license # 1082901, the address is a Mail box, so when I attempted to small claim court, I was told the court cannot serve in a Mailbox address, unfortunately I do not have his address.
the purpose of this compliant is to give a warning to other shops and protentional Customes
