Took my vehicle in for insurance repair. They had my car for 4 months didn’t maintain my battery. Sent me home in un washed car and once on the freeway the car shut down lost power steering transmission stopped working and breaks stopped working all due to battery failure. I crashed my car and stevens creek says they aren’t responsible. 🤔
