I paid for their product (mini photo booth) online. They sent me a receipt. That was in October of 2023. Since then they have told me my package was delivered.. and then finally admitted it hadn’t been. And for the past 2 months have been promising to refund me and every few days they keep saying please wait a few more days. I have all the emails going back and forth with them over them not sending me what I ordered and then not refunding me.

website used was stillfloat.com but charged under the name goddessfondyoua.com

websites show product to purchase, once purchase they give a fake track link that does not work and never deliver product

customer service is not working and no refunds are given

website is not a real merchant

I ordered 2 Photo Booth cameras and they never came. The tracking number they provided won’t open and they have not responded to my emails.
