An order was placed with this company on 9/15/2021 though this company for a product used in the month of December to celebrate the holiday. The funds were deducted immediately as a payment in full for the product they were selling. On 11/25/21 I emailed the address provided on their website and received a non-delivery notice immediately following. There is no phone number posted to be contacted via phone. I them emailed the service via the PayPal address listed on their account. On 12/01/21 I emailed a 3rd address from the order confirmation and received a response with a tracking number for the package and an applogy for shipping delays. The site provided is a United Kingdom shipping service and the package number was not valid. After many other attempts to locate the package with the false information provided I decided to open a claim with PayPal for a refund. This is no reason for a business to need more than 90days to ship a package with out any communication if there is was a delay. I was lenient and considerate of the delays with shipping international and national. This business has provided fake information and should be examined for fraud. I wouldn't want anyone else to lose their money and have to keep trying to get some information on the package or a refund.

We tried to buy in advance a Dodgers Advent Calendar for our son. Paid like $39.99. We have received no information about our order from the Company. They have no website or email. This site needs to be taken down.
