I had been watching this product over last year on Face Book and decided try it since only had pay postage. The order did not end up the total they said on website so printed off form. About hour later I looked at banking and had 3 other charges for things I did not order so I immediately called the number since there were 3 other invoices in my email also. They said there was a box to check on webpage if did not want these products. There was NO box to check and guy said he would not reverse the charges since it was completed transaction. I said I do not have the products and they had not left your building so I did NOT want them and he claimed the label had been created so that was that. I said I will contact my bank and ScamPulse.com and hung up on him. The total for the 1 product was supposed be less but was 7.53 -the other charges were 46.98 --32.99 and 6.53 equaling nearly 100.00 . I called my bank and she advised working with them to remedy situation versus stopping card and reissuing another for my account. I then got a return call from guy saying should call back to details on refund. When tried call the # it had restrictions on it so could not complete call. I found another number and talked to Danny and he said the best he could do was offer me 50% off 2 expensive products and I could keep them also deleted 6.53 charge for me. I said this is fraud and I want speak to supervisor - he then transferred me to Sa oul ? who basically said the same he did make changes and I have not obviously got the stuff yet- he said they were in California and when looked up Stitching Vines online it was in Connecticut and I said I will just return them when they arrive. He says you cannot return to us yet it said money back warranty. The return address was in Long Beach CA . Jennifer Anniston and Dr Oz were shown on the page on web and is under multiple listings. I told the supervisor you have my information if you can wipe away one product you can delete the other 2 as well and reverse charges. What a scam
