I placed an order on the website on 3/16/23 and received an ORDER COMPLETE message from payment.hallbag.com. I was then charged on my MC for $107.48 on 3/16/23 by hallbag.com in Kowloon, Hong Kong. I have never received my merchandise. I have tried to contact the company twice via their Contact Us section of their website and have had no reply. I sent a actual letter to the address on their website and just got it back marked RETURN TO SENDER--ATTEMPTED NOT KNOWN--UNABLE TO FORWARD so obviously none of the info on the website is true. It's pretty clever--they only charged what the one item cost and can always claim that it was sent but was lost or stolen in transit.
