we signed a proposal for work to be done wrote a check for 30% down for materials and labor and Alipate Ofiu no showed twice so far and we have since tried contacting him without any response from him. we finally got through only after insisting that we need to get our deposit back. Alipate responded with " I could make you pay the full 7000". How? He hasn't even been back to our home since he took our money.
