Type of a scam Online Purchase
I placed the order on July 2 (please see details below) and did receive the shoes I sent a message through their website and no response. Then I sent a message to their customer support email address and received a notice: "Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address: :Unable to deliver message after multiple retries, giving up".
I then sent an email to the "real" Brighton stores customer service: Consumer Care and asked them if the other email address was theirs. They quickly responded that it was not and I should stop payment charges (They also forwarded my email to their management regarding the site infringement).
However to make matters worse, on July the charge was paid out to FIVE PRO MARKETING SKUDAI MY MYS (a Malaysian company), so not sure I will ever recoup my money).
