I placed an order on 12/12/2023, received a confirmation for the order, they took the payment from my credit card, I have not heard anything else from them. I have sent several emails and still no response. Someone sent me a message through Facebook messenger asking for the order number then told me it was under a different name. I said that was wrong and sent them a picture of the order receipt. I have not heard another thing. I called the phone number and you get a message saying leave your contact information and someone will get back to you.
