I was on the internet searching for tools that I need to start my woodworking business. This site, zofiaus.com, popped up and I clicked on it to compare prices with other places I had already viewed. The prices were incredible so I determined to purchase from them. The site requested that I make payment through PayPal, so I opened an account, linked to my MetaBank stimulus card, and made the payment. I began to think that the prices were too good to be true, so I tried to contact the company. There was no phone number associated with this business. I did, however, send an email. I then called Pay Pal who told me to contact the company. I then called MetaBank who also told me to contact the seller. I see that PayPal has confirmed the purchase, but MetaBank still has the payment pending. It appears that neither can help me get my money back. There is nothing on the internet searches I have done to confirm or deny that this company is legitimate, but when I am unable to contact them, it causes my concern of scam/fraudulent activity. Any idea how I can get my money back? I have no source of income and this money is very important to me.

I purchased an Addison lifelike 22 inch doll, pacifier and outfit. I got shipping confirmation with three separate packages. Took a month and only the pacifier came and was not the one pictured. I tracked and nothing else had left China. So I opened a PayPal complaint. They emailed me asking me to drop the inquires in PayPal but I did not. Then a 10inch boy dollar tree doll showed up. Plastic, not silicone also. So I added wrong item and scam to the complaint and they offered me $10 refund??!!!
