Ordered 2 pairs of shoes on June 18, 2024, the order took 30 days to arrive. When the order was received they were the wrong size and color. They were contacted for instructions on how to return them for a refund. They responded that because its been 30 days they cant offer a refund. I told them the order took 30 days to arrive, paid $13 for shipping they should have arrived in a week. They refuse to give me there mailing address. The number that was listed on the credit card statement was for a window cleaning company. This is the name of the merchant that show up on the credit card SP 7EFE7D-3 located in Pacific Grove, CA
