Got the same package today

I never ordered anything. Today I got the same package and will go to post office and return it. How do they have bank info on file? I checked my bank account and was not charged. So what happens now? More packages will come in ? Makes no sense. Who these scanners are !?

Unauthorized Order

I received KETO products I did not order. I don't know if my card has been charged, or what card was used, however, I need to know what company this is. This is a fraudulent order and if necessary, I will contact the FBI.

I received a package from the same address of items I did not order. Trying to contact and want it returned. The shipping address is the 19214 Northern Blvd., Flushing NY which is Fedex and the customer support number 844-492-xxxx (cannot read last 4 numbers).

I started receiving packages from this business I think 2 months ago. I opened the first package knowing that I had not purchased anything from them, and I was looking for an invoice explaining why I had received the item. There was no invoice, or anything explaining why i had received the items. I never received an e-mail or a message to let me know the item was purchased. I did not notice the customer support # on the package, because it is very tiny and hard to see. About 2 weeks later I had received another package from them that I was not aware of. We had a couple deaths in the family and our son was checking the mail for us. A few weeks later I received another package, and again I was unaware. 3 days ago I received you guessed it another package. Me and my husband where baffled as to why I am receiving these packages from this company. We tried to Google a business called Storm in Flushing NY and it pulled up other stores, but not them. My son over heard us discussing the issue and that is when he informed me that I had the 2 packages from when he was checking the mail. My husband was scanning over the package and that is when he noticed the customer support #. I called and spoke to Lola first. I explained to him that I did not order this stuff. He proceed to tell me that I had to have ordered the items since they had our bank card on file, and my address. I was like are you kidding me. I said so people don't steal other peoples info just like y'all stole from us. He then proceeded to try and read me his script and was trying to sell me some more of their bull crap that I did not order in the first place. That's when I got MAD. I had to shut that down real quick. I told him that if I was wanting to use their products, I would have used the ones that these THIEVES sent me. That was when his Manager "John" got on the phone.He sounded just like Lola, imagine that. Now he proceeded as well to also try and sell me some more of their products.I was lived. I had to yell at him, because he kept trying to over talk me. He had the audacity to tell me that I was rude. Any ways after all that, he said that he was going to refund 3 of the 4 payments that they took out of our account. He sounded so sad when he said that. I asked him about the 4th payment, and he said I needed to check my bank account and tell him when they took it out. I told him that he knows when they took money out of our account. I went back to May since that was when I supposedly ordered the first items. I didn't see it so I told him I will have to look for it later, and then I will call back. They took $396 out of our account within this month.This company/SCAMMERS need to get a legit job and stop trying to steal from people that bust there butts for their money.
