Saw ads for a lipgloss clicked on it to view it and see how much it would cost, no shipping info was displayed moved item to a cart to try to see what the shipping would cost and it’s still not showing the shipping, clicked “next” not process or submit and it says thanks for your order. I emailed support and they said they responded by saying they were sorry and how about free shipping and a discount. I said no thanks I just want a refund and have emailed them weekly since and am not getting anywhere. No refund and no product. This was 12/3. Company goes by goal Shopper but on my paypal account they show up as Storm Media Limited

I saw an ad on Facebook for automobile seat belt extenders thru a company name of Genuinius wich I have since found out it also goes by Storm Media Limited. I placed my order on Jan. 18, 2019 and this company responded on Jan. 23, 2019 that my order was on the way. I never received my items. I then contacted seller on on March 4, 2019 asking about my items. Company responded on March 7, 2019 that my email would be turned over to their "team" to figure out what has happened to my order. I then filed a claim with PayPay since this is how I paid. I then contacted the seller thru Paypal, which is their procedure. Neither Paypal or I have heard a word from the scam seller. Paypal said if seller didn't respond by April 4th, 2019 then I would receive my money back. I'm hoping this comes about. Leson learned is never order anything off of Facebook ads.

I had placed reusable anti-skid traceless hooks in my cart offered a 10% discount when ordering a lot of 2. When I selected paypal to pay, the 10% discount disappeared so I did not click "purchase" button when brought back to the site. Still, the charge went through--mystified as to how this happened as I immediately closed the tab as soon as I realized the 10% wasn't applied. I demanded that the seller either cancel the transaction or refund me the 10% discount I never got but to no avail. They emailed NO, they couldn't do either. I went to their facebook page and I realized the same has happened to other customers (transactions going through just from items in their cart without actual purchase). This is fraud!!! Beware!!!!

I ordered these products from this company on PayPal, and I received a confirmation email with no tracking number or shipping information. I have yet to receive my products and after multiple attempts to contact the company by phone, I have still not been able to get a response or my products. Horrible people who have nothing to do with their lives. Pathetic.

I tried to purchase 2 Magic Scratch Removal products, total amount about $31.00. I paid through PayPal and immediately received a receipt for payment from PayPal sent to Storm Media Limited. I thought the product would be coming from Kalamazoo, Michigan. I have yet to receive this product, nor have I had any success in contacting the merchant. Every time I try to email the company, I get to Love, Living Chic.

This is a complete scam and I am trying to get my money back from PayPal since they sent the money to them prior to receiving shipping confirmation, like they have done for my last purchase with a very reputable company.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. ITS A SCAM COMPANY. My receipt even says “Non-US verified” on my receipt.

Like everyone else here, I ordered 4 towel robes as Christmas presents for $66.03 on 11/29/17 with an estimated delivery date of 12/19/17. Never received Robes or any Emails, but they Charged my Card the day i ordered! Facebook & PayPal Shouldn't let them sell on their sites or deal with them. They're ripping People off!
