I ordered 3 rings from storyjewellery.com. i recieved a confirmation email. I never recieved a tracking number, or the product. I tried to reach out to costumer service, which they state is there 24/7, multiple times and have never recieved a response. Ive been reading reviews and in the last couple days multiple people are saying the exact thing has happened to them and no one can get a response from company.

I ordered a set of 3 mother/daughter rings on September 19th and have not yet received a tracking number or the product. I have emailed them multiple times and they keep responding with your order should be ready to ship in 6-7 days. They have said that 3 times now. They took my money right away but still i have no product. They are a scam.
