After another 3 weeks past, I once again inquired about the status on Feb 12th, 2021, indicating that I never received any automated emails. I did not get a direct response to this email, but did received an automated one with a tracking number. As of today, February 23rd, 2021, the status on the tracking number has not changed from "shipping label created".
I have since tried numerous times to contact them, but they have gone dark and will not reply. The closest I got was a message I left on one of their Instagram photos warning others who were having similar issues of my experience. They sent me an Instagram message that just said "Hello, ". When I replied to that message they never responded. And they deleted the messages I left on their Instagram photo, presumably because they don't want to hurt their "business".
This company is shady. Their ScamPulse.com profile alone shows that. And searching around the internet, you'll find plenty of other people having a very similar experience to mine.
My advice is to not order from them, ever. If you did, and are in the same situation I am in, call your bank and dispute the charge. The bank should have no problem justifying the dispute after minimal research on this company.
