On January 12, 2023 I purchased some home decor from a seller online in the UK in the amount of $115 CAD. The seller sent a confirmation of shipment along with a tracking number that didn't work. Nothing showed up, so I contacted the seller. They explained to me that Royal Mail had lost my package and they would send another one. Didn't hear anything back so I contacted the seller who told me it had shipped however no tracking was provided. Again, the goods did not show up so I contacted the seller and was told it was lost again. I requested a refund and was told no refund will be issued to me until they got their money back from Royal Mail. This was 3 weeks ago and several attempts have been made to contact the seller with no response. My bank is unable to reverse the charges due to the date of purchase being over 110 days.
