I signed a contract to work for Kathleen Jones to help her build this mythical company “Strategy 21 Inc/ S21 Funding Solutions/ Dtartegic Finacial Solutions” that only exists in her delusional mind. She changes business names quite frequently. After taking complete advantage of my time and skills I realized she was a scam artist that never intended to pay me. I took her to court and won. She owes me about $5k and has never paid me a dollar. Court documents are public record. She has a long standing history of taking advantage of people, fraudulent checks, etc. Avoid getting involved with this woman. She talks the talk but is incapable on SO many levels of actually delivering. She uses people and she regrets nothing. Kathleen Ann Jones. Kathleen Tutty-Jones. Strategy 21 Inc, Startegic Funding Solutions—- these businesses are a scam.
