This company told me to go and buy $150 in Steam gift cards. They told me they would put that money back into my account. Then they told me to go and buy Google gift cards and I bought $350 worth of those. I gave them the numbers off of them over the phone. They told me to go back and buy another $200 Google card. They have my debit card information as well.

The company called STEAM. It seems as if they have some type of ponzi scheme going on with online gaming. They allow kids to purchase games online, then they ban you from playing these games. But they allow you to purchase it again. It seems as if they sell the game to a person, then ban them and sell that license to another user, getting multiple returns on a single game license they purchased to sell. My son had money in his account and now my son is unable to even get back into this online community to get his money back. They will not respond and from what I have read about online there seems to be a great deal of people having the same exact issue. They allow you to join, they allow you to spend money, then they take away your access or pretend someone else has taken it and there is nothing they will do to help.
