Back on January 3, 2019 I brought a software from streamhash.com for $729 included installation and apps for Android also for iOS. for my previous company call fiosstream.com at that time I was assigned with a sale rep and also my account manager by the name of Yadhu. him and i had several conversations regarding my website. I have paid this software in two terms one was for $699 and the other was $130 after him and I came to an agreement. at the time I was facing some situation with my company name with Verizon company because I had use the name of FiOS in my company name although my company was fiosstream not just FiOS. so when he was doing installing to the website him and I agreed to stop the installation of the software until my lawsuit has finals he said ok no problem whenever you ready just contact me on skype at any time. so moving forward I try to contact him several times doing 2019 I didn't hear from him the Covic 19 hit so I try to reach again and again 2020/2021/2022/2023 no answers at all at first he said he was the only one I should contact because he was my account manager. again when I see I couldn't get a hold of him I reach out to my server company I brought a new domain name and register as incorporation under the name Vbox Stream inc, so is my domain name as vboxstream.com, I call my hosting server company hivelocity and ask them to replace my fiostream to vboxtream so the website can be live. at that point the site can't be live it shows back so I search for the company I had purchase the software to explain my problem they refuse to solve it for me. they said the only way they can solve my problem is for me to pay the for support again that I had paid them since 2019 that I never get any support for. I had explained and shows them all of my receipts and told them everything that went on the past. and still want to charge me. so I need help to recover my refunds or for them to honor what I had paid for. I feel like I'm being scam on my money and also they trying to take adventure of me.
