The company is calling themselves Streamline Data. It phones your business and says that you need to update your google listing and that they can also help boost your google page for the cost of $249.00 a year. They then direct you to another person who collects your credit card information in order to charge the $249.00 for their assistance in boosting your google listing for the next year. We then initiated a phone call with an actual google representative who informed us that EVERYTHING you do with your listing on google is ABSOLUTELY free of charge. We were able to dispute the charge with our bank and get the amount credited back to our account, but this company still calls everyday from multiple phone numbers supposedly originating in the state of Wisconsin to try and get us to fall for their scam again. I continue to hold and wait for a representative when they call and when I try to get more information on the person I am talking to or the company they instantly hang up. I just want the excessive phone calls to STOP. We get at least 10 a day from this fraudulent ompany.
