I have placed an order on the 13th it stated that I would revive my order within 24-72 hours shipment.. company has no contact number, and the reviews are stating the same

The original website I purchased from https://www.solotucocina.com/ is now down. My product, several bike helmets was suppose to arrive in the mail 14 days after the purchase did not arrive, on the same day it was to arrive, the website is down. I tried to contact them multiple times and no response. I have never received the product.

However, they seem to have built a new website: https://www.strectrend.com/. They are using the same pricing and pictures.

Both websites were found through Google Shopping. If you search when the websites were registered, it was recent, like within the last few months. There is a similar complaint about other website connected to Solotucina
