This company is operating on multiple social media platforms under multiple different names. They are selling for sure fake Rothy shoes. They brand everything to look like the Rothy site down until the moment you pay and it comes through from a different company. Then they refuse to cancel even though I reached out within 2 minutes of the purchase, they told me it had already shipped. The item took weeks to get here, The initial tracking I was given because it had already shipped was incorrect and the product they shipped was not what I had ordered. Then they only would refund me when I paid to ship back and it cost double the price of the item.

So in total I paid $80 for the fake shoes, and $157.86 to ship the items back to get the $80 refund through paypals resolution center. I am trying to get paypal to get them to pay the return shipping as well but so far I am out the $157.86

They also have some sort of address in the US, it was included on the shipping label but I had to ship back to china.
