First of all I had no idea this was a third party moving company. Second of all when they quoted me a completely differnt amount than what I was told, I did not want them to pack my things but the original people that I made the agreement with assured me that it would not be what they quoted me it would be the amount of the original. I was also told I would get 30 days free storage which they also took that from me and told me in order to store I would have to pay $6,000 and then was told $4,000. Well I did not have that. I paid the original people $3007, which Stress Free told me that had nothing to do with them. I was suppose to pay Stress Free $1814.15 once loaded and the balance when delivered to PHX. I paid them $2,000 cash, they told my son it had to be cash when I was told on a card, so he had to go get the cash. Which would leave a balance of $1,000 once in PHX. Needless to say they got $2,000 and then Jordan tells me they are going to auction off my things on the 11th of June. I have been calling him since the 8th to make arrangements to get my things and they will not and have not answered my calls since the 8th. Brand new furniture, all my childrens pictures and my oldest son passed away 4 years ago and his ashes and pics. Everything I had was in there and I hadn't even finished paying for some of it. Will you please help. I have been calling the GSO ScamPulse.com since the 10th, please help me!!!
