this so called organization used my friends profile and message me as if though it was from her stating that my mom was awarded some money and that she herself had gotten money from them. But I needed to act quick and go on their website and see if my mom was still active on their list. I was given the website and was instructed to fill out application form with mom's name, date of birth and address . After I gave the information the gentleman by the name of Johnson Jarvis advised me that my mom was awarded $30,000. That's when it became obvious to me that something was fishy and they asked for a fee of 300.00 for processing fees.

So I began to ask questions. Like what type of organization were they? location/ Phone # and so on. His answer were very vague. I also checked online to see if there was such person or this type of organization as Mr. Jarvis described it, to no avail.

I realized that this was a scam after I released information regarding my mom, even though it was only her birthdate, name and my address. I went back to messenger to see the messages that had transpired between my friend and myself and it was not there. It does not appear on her page.
