I placed an order for an Ice maker off of a Facebook page. I received an email that the item was on the way and a tracking number. The item never arrived. I checked the tracking number and it showed the package in different locations (no where near my state). It’s been almost a year since I ordered the item. I emailed them several times and they said they would resend the item and it takes about 30 days. I still haven’t received the item.
