Same thing happened to me I placed an order on June 26, 2021 and I still have not received it. I have emailed them over and over asking for a refund to no avail. What can we all do to report this? Why are they still allowed to operate online?!?

Its a company that is a fraud.
I placed my order and paid for it 75 days later i was tired of asking when it was going to be shipped.
3 weeks later they shipped i returned it because i already bought another .

1 month and still dont get my money refunded.

There is a company named Stroll R Us operating out of San Francisco CA with email: [email protected] and phone number: 628-215-1438. I purchased a 3-in-1 Stroller from their online website on April 4, 2021 and they have yet to show the item shipped. I have received numerous emails from them stating that my package has gotten held up at the Canadian border without any further details. I have asked for a refund but have been told that I can only do that once the item is received in the mail. Please let me know if you have any suggestions on where to start with this scam. Now, there are numerous complaints regarding this company taking people's money for these expensive strollers without resolve. kat G

I ordered a 3 in 1 stroller set in May 2021 and it's July 2021 and have not received my order. I placed the order with 4 payments installation through Sezzle. From what I understand Sezzle pays the company in full so the item can be shipped immediately from Stroll R Us. No such luck. Now I have to complete the payment to Sezzle as they already paid the bogus company. I am reporting Stroll to BBB as well. Not entirely hopefull that I will get my money refunded.

I ordered a set of stroller, car sit and baby carrier since May, and I've never had it's tracking number. I'm unable to cancel my order and get back my money from them. No one is replying me

I ordered the help walk harness they have and received it. I thought ok. Let me order the stroller. I ordered it in January 2021. My daughter in-law was having the baby in April. I thought I had plenty of time. I tried calling, no working number. I emailed and they said it would ship. My March no stroller. Good thing I paid through PayPal and they refunded me.
That stroller was never going to arrive, and it would’ve been too late to dispute the charge.
Don’t buy from them. Stay clear. At least the strollers.

This is a total scam. That, or the worst company EVER! It took forever to arrive by which point I had disputed the charge with my CC company. I tried multiple times to cancel the order or get in touch with someone (phones did not work!) but they sent it anyway and now will not let me return it. The box had Made in China printed all over it, was a complete mess and partially open when it arrived. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

My son and his girlfriend ordered a stroller set from this website strollRus.com and they still haven't gotten anything yet. The phone number the have listed on the website doesn't work and they won't answer the emails. The stroller set was on sale for 249.99 too good to be true. My son and his girlfriend are very young and they are expecting their first baby, it's not right that this scammers keep scamming people on that website. It should be taken down. We will do whatever it take to get the money back.

ordered a stroller from this website for $249.99 on March 21,2021 and still have not received anything on the website it has a phone number which is disconnected and you can only contact them back by email they will respond back to a email days after and only say be patient it will ship the next email it say no money will be refunded because it has been shipped out but is stuck between Canada and the us but when I sent a request about tracking information nothing. My husband and I purchased a stroller, and was told that it will be delivered in fifteen days. We have received nothing from them, and I’ve been emailing them to get a refund. Same thing happened to me. I ordered March 21st and still nothing. I got a reply on the 29th and the person asked for me to please be patient with them because they are working with a short staff because of COVID. It’s now April 14th and I still haven’t gotten anything and they have stopped answering my emails. The phone number does not work so I truly believe it’s a scam. I’m so angry right now because it was a gift.
