I ordered 2 t-shirts through the Homestar Runner website. They identify themselves there as Spri.ng by Amaze. I determined they are ultimately Amaze Holding LLC. I was given an estimated arrival date of 14-15 days. The dates came and passed. I reached out to the company and was told there was a problem with the producer but I was assured they would be up and running by Thanksgiving. After Thanksgiving came and passed I emailed again and this time, they didn't even respond. I had to file a dispute with PayPal to get a response. Their email told me to not respond to the email or else I would lose my place in the cancellation line. I was not told that I would receive a refund, only that an order to cancel would be submitted. I do not know when I will receive a refund. What kind of a legitimate business cannot provide a refund on a cancelled order without it taking months? I have learned that they do not have the product that they advertise, they intend to make the product once you order but none of that is known until after you have ordered. It is fraudulent to advertise something you cannot provide especially when you take someone's money with no plan to get them the items.

And, never once before I made a payment to this company was there ever any attempt for people to request money from my PayPal account fraudulently, but since I engaged with them, I have had maybe 10 requests, 3 today alone. I sent an email earlier today to Spri.ng by Amaze and I had 2 fraudulent requests for money transfers within an hour or so. Steer clear unless you want to tie up your money, be ignored and have your information get into the hands of fraudsters.
